Roland Berger Strategy Consultants supported the Dubrovnik Libraries in their effort to expand their collection of cultural, historical and scientific books and helped to set up a music library ("Roland Berger Library"). The strategy consultancy is also outfitting a reading room with various publications.

In addition, Roland Berger funded a contemporary art exhibition at the Zagreb Museum of Contemporary Art in fall 2005, which displayed works by Croatian and German artists ("Criss-Cross – Five Positions in Croatian and German Contemporary Art").

Roland Berger's partner for both projects is the Goethe-Institut in Zagreb.
