In Poland, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and the Goethe-Institut are supporting the expansion of the International Cultural Centre (ICC) in Krakow. As part of this project, Roland Berger funded a multimedia reading room that provides access to roughly 20,000 books and periodicals as well as to online catalogs and numerous international databases. The "Roland Berger Reading Room" was opened on May 13, 2009.

In 2006, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants funded the production of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's opera "The Magic Flute" at the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera in Warsaw, Poland. This performance was staged by German director Achim Freyer as part of the celebrations for the 250th anniversary of Mozart's birth. Bertold Brecht's disciple Freyer is one of the greatest contemporary painters and set designers of the opera stage.

This new production of Mozart's last opera premiered on June 16, 2006. Further performances took place on June 18 and June 21. The international strategy consultancy sponsored this project in cooperation with the Goethe-Institut in Warsaw.
